Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 medium-sized red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
