Grilled Asparagus and Steak

Ingredients
- 2 Ribeye steaks, approximately 450g each
- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to a high heat.
- Brush the steaks and asparagus with olive oil and season them with salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Set the mixture aside.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook, flipping once, until they reach your desired level of doneness. This should take approximately 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- At the same time, add asparagus to the grill. Cook the asparagus for 4 minutes or until it is tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Drizzle the garlic lemon mixture over the asparagus, and toss gently to coat.
- Serve the steak with the grilled asparagus on the side. For extra flavor, finish the steak with a pat of butter.
