  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • Coconut oil or butter for frying
  • Your favorite pancake toppings: maple syrup, fresh berries, banana slices, or a dollop of yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
